With summer starting to shift into fall, days getting a little cooler and shorter it may also be a time you have been thinking about shifting gears as well. It is said that fall is like the second New Year’s because it is a time when we are looking to get back into a routine, kickstart a new habit and get consistent again. So today’s episode is dedicated to that, to the idea of helping us get back into our habits, create new ones and build out a plan for consistency that will help us to navigate our health in the coming months ahead.
