Today we tackle one of the most difficult but important conversations we have had to date. Michaela Runkle is a domestic violence survivor and graciously shares her story with us all. She shares about her relationship, her health and how the altercation has transformed the way she looks at herself and her relationships. This topic is normally more hush hush which is exactly why we are so grateful to share her story to provide one perspective as well as some resources for anyone listening. Thank you Michaela for being so open and courageous to start a movement for others who may have also had a similar journey or might still be in a situation they feel others do not understand.
